Yamanoi is an Edomae sushi restaurant located in a quiet alley in Ikeshita, Nagoya. Our chefs, who have trained at famous restaurants such as Kyubey, Nadaman, and Yoshikawa, prepare a selection of omakase dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients and the beauty of the tableware. Reservations are open on the first day of each month for the following month.
