🔺Reservations
All spa treatments must be booked in advance. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
- Reservations may be made by phone, LINE, or our online booking platform.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
- Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.

🔺Arrival Time
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Early arrival allows our SPA therapists to conduct a brief consultation and personalise your experience.

🔺Deposit & Payment
A booking deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your appointment.
- A deposit equal to 30% of the total treatment price is required to confirm your booking.
- The deposit will be applied toward your final treatment cost on the day of your visit.
- Deposits may be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or approved mobile payment.
- For YMS Elite Club members, the deposit and full treatment payment will be deducted directly from your membership stored value.

🔺Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or amendments made outside the required notice period will be subject to the following charges:
- More than twenty-four (24) hours' notice: Full deposit refund; no treatment balance will be charged.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: The deposit is non-refundable, and the full treatment fee will apply.
- Group bookings (3 or more guests) require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation to receive a deposit refund.

🔺Late arrival
We respect the time of every guest. Please be advised that late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time.
- Your session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, so as not to inconvenience subsequent guests.
- The full treatment price applies regardless of the shortened duration.
- If you anticipate being late, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to accommodate you.

🔺Age Requirement
SPA6 only accepts reservations for SPA treatments from guests aged 18 and above. Should you require other services, please feel free to contact us — we are happy to assist.

🔺Health Conditions
When booking your SPA treatment, kindly inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment experience. If you are under medical supervision, taking medication, undergoing treatment, or recovering post-surgery, please consult your physician before making a reservation to ensure safety.

🔺Cleanliness and Hygiene
To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, the environment and equipment will be sanitized and disinfected after each SPA treatment, ensuring a safe and reassuring experience for every guest.

🔺Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. SPA6 is not responsible for any loss or damage. To protect your clothing, we kindly ask that you wear the spa robe provided.

🔺Liability
SPA6 accepts no responsibility for any accidents or injuries occurring to members or guests within the premises. If you have health concerns, please inform us in advance and consult with your healthcare provider.

🔺Cancellation by YMS SPA6
In the unlikely event that YMS SPA must cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- We will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
- Your deposit will be refunded in full, or transferred to a rescheduled appointment at your preference.
- Where circumstances warrant, additional compensation may be offered at YMS SPA's discretion.

- By completing a reservation at YMS SPA, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
- YMS SPA reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version is available upon request.
