Our restaurant is a counter restaurant with only 10 seats, centered around the aroma of binchotan charcoal in our wood-fired oven and the handiwork of our chefs.

Our courses are complete, incorporating the sound, aroma, temperature, and even the atmosphere of the room as the food is being prepared.

We value the experience itself over photos and information, so we ask that you refrain from using smartphones during your stay.

This space is for those who wish to quietly focus on their food and savor their meal moment by moment.

It is not suitable for lively parties or those looking to take photos, but for those who choose this time, we will provide you with an evening that can only be experienced here.

All courses start at the same time, and the sound, aroma, temperature, and atmosphere of the fire are all part of the experience.

For this reason, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfumes and allow yourself plenty of time to arrive.
