There will be no advance billing for customers who are not eligible for cancellation. ●For cancellations or changes due to the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as shown below, starting from the date and time of arrival. 24 hours before arrival time: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged. 48 hours before arrival time: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged. ●We do not have an a la carte menu. Only the food you have reserved will be served. ●If we cannot contact you within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late. ●For reservations for 8 or more people, please contact the store directly. ●If you would like to be picked up or dropped off, please fill in the “request column”. Pick-up and drop-off is possible within Niseko town and the Hirafu area (Park Hyatt is outside the area).
