[Food Allergy Policy]
Our restaurants and banquet halls only accommodate food allergies to eight items (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts).
Guests who wish to accommodate these eight items must notify us in advance.
As guest safety is our top priority, we are unable to accommodate items other than these eight items.
Please be aware of points 1 to 4 below and use our services at your own discretion.
1. Because we handle all food and beverages in the same environment, we cannot completely prevent trace amounts of allergens other than the ingredients used.
2. Our allergen information is based on the ingredients used and ingredient information (food labeling) from manufacturers, etc.
3. If we are unable to provide you with safe food and beverages, we may refuse your use.
4. Some stores cannot accommodate allergies.
