[Food Allergy Policy]
Our restaurants and banquet halls only accommodate food allergies to eight items (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts).
If you would like us to accommodate these eight items, please let us know in advance.
As customer safety is our top priority, we cannot accommodate items other than these eight items.
Please be aware of points 1 through 4 below and use our services at your own discretion.

1. Because all food and beverage products are handled in the same environment, we cannot completely prevent the inclusion of trace amounts of allergens other than the ingredients used.
2. Our allergen information is based on the ingredients used and ingredient information (food labeling) from manufacturers, etc.
3. If we are unable to provide safe food and drinks to customers, we may refuse service.
4. Some restaurants cannot accommodate allergies.
