A deposit of Rp 100,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation and must be paid through the official link provided in this booking system.
a. Same-Day Reservations and Walk-Ins: Seating is determined by chair availability, as the Tea House has limited seating.
b. Large Group Bookings: Reservations for groups larger than 6 people or private teatime events can be arranged by sending a direct message on Instagram @chontea.jakarta.
c. Chontea's Experience Room is designed for a calm and focused tea experience, and may not be suitable for babies or toddlers. Baby chairs are unavailable in this area. For guests with little ones, we recommend seating in the Common Area near Yashinoki Yokocho.
d. Kids Policy: Children are welcome, but supervision is required. Customers are fully liable for any breakage costs related to the Japanese glassware and tea ware.

f. Special Requests: Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and the restaurant’s discretion. Notes suggesting alternative timings or party sizes will not be accommodated.
