Deposit Policy & Confirmation: • To secure your reservation, a deposit of 1,500 THB net Per person is required. This will be applied to your final bill. • A reservation confirmation will be sent via email or text after the deposit has been received. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: • Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the case of a no-show. • Deposits will be refunded for cancellations with more than 48 hours notice provided. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
Celebrations: • A special occasion cake can be prepared at an additional cost of THB 50++, with an advance request made at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
Group Reservations: • Online reservations are available for up to 5 guests. For larger groups, please contact us directly.
Allergies: • If you have any food allergies, please notify us at the time of booking.
Children: • We welcome children aged 3 years and older.
Corkage Policy: • If bringing your own wine, a corkage fee of THB 2,000++ per bottle applies. • This fee is waived if you purchase one bottle from us for each bottle you bring.
