We’ve carefully selected Southeast Asian ingredients such as pandan leaves, durian, and tapioca, transforming their rich aromas and flavors into exquisite desserts. Among them is the “Pandan & Coconut Ice Rocher,” where the luscious harmony of pandan and coconut takes center stage; a mousse inspired by Malaysia’s beloved milk tea, “Teh Tarik”; a durian-filled chouquette; and a tart made with Ipoh’s famous white coffee.
