[Reservations]
● We ask for your cooperation in limiting your dining time to two hours. Thank you for your understanding.
● We may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
● For reservations for 25 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
● If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.

[About Eel Dishes]
● Due to the high volume of orders for pufferfish and crab dishes in December and January, eel dishes are only accepted for the first order at the time of reservation or upon arrival.

Additional orders are not accepted during meals, so please place your order early if you wish to dine with children.

[Reservations for Children]
● Children who will be eating the same course as adults should be included in the "adult" number of guests when making a reservation.
● We do not provide children's menus, child chairs, or tableware (small spoons, forks, side plates, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

[Cancellation Policy]
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before use
- 50% of the reservation fee from 2 days before use to the day before use
- 100% of the reservation fee on the day of use
