▶︎Depending on how busy the restaurant is, there may be times when it is difficult to get through on the phone. Thank you for your understanding.
▶If we are unable to contact you after 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please contact us if you are going to be late.
▶︎We do not accept inquiries about reservations by email.
▶︎We may call you for 1 hour and 30 minutes during weekday lunch (11:00-14:30), and 2 hours at all times during dinner time and on weekends and holidays.
▶Please contact us by phone if you are making a reservation for 7 people or more.
▶We have an open terrace seating area. Therefore, in the event of bad weather such as heavy rain, typhoons, or snow, we may contact you to decline your reservation. Some seats may not be available due to weather conditions, so we do not accept seat reservations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. (Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, but depending on the weather and the seat on the day, it may be very cold or hot. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.)
