【Reservation Requests】
▶ ▶▶ Payment will be made at the venue on the day of your visit. We accept cash, credit cards, and various electronic payment methods.
【Number of Guests】 * WEB reservations are available for parties of 2 adults or more.
【Guests with Children】 (Preschool children) Drinks are free. Meals may be shared with accompanying adults, or you may order from the optional menu on the day of your visit. (Elementary school students to guests under 20 years old) Each guest is required to order at least one item (any course or soft drink bar). A non-alcoholic plan is also available.
【Important Notes】 * Reservations will be canceled if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reserved time without prior notice. * Even if you arrive late, your ending time will not be extended. * Preparation and food safety management of BBQ ingredients are the responsibility of each guest. Please cook all ingredients thoroughly before eating. * Except for baby food and drinks for infants, bringing outside food or beverages and taking leftover food home are not permitted for hygiene reasons. * If you damage any equipment or facilities, please notify our staff immediately. Significant damage may be subject to compensation. * Except in cases of defects in equipment or facilities caused by the operator, we cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be especially careful when handling fire. * An electronic cigarette smoking booth is available inside the venue. (Smoking conventional cigarettes is not permitted.)
【Reservation Policy in Case of Bad Weather】 * Operations may be suspended if weather conditions are deemed dangerous. * Operating status will be announced on the Kawatoku website and Instagram. You may also be contacted directly by Kawatoku SORABA Beer Garden. (If your reservation is canceled by the venue due to bad weather or other operational reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged.) * If weather conditions suddenly worsen after your admission and the facilities become unusable, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for future use.
