Goto beef, often referred to as the "legendary wagyu."

This rare Wagyu beef, raised exclusively in the Goto Islands of Nagasaki Prefecture and rarely found on the market, is personally selected by a chef from the Goto Islands who has honed his skills in a meat kappo restaurant in Kyoto for 40 years. He personally inspects the beef on-site, choosing only the best cuts for roast beef, which are then cooked and shipped directly to the restaurant.
