Reservation Policy:

Please note that there is a 30-minute grace period for late arrivals. If your party arrives later than 30 minutes, we are unable to guarantee a table once the grace period is over.

Our tables are booked for the following dining durations from the original reservation time:

WooBo imposes a Smart Casual dress code. Kindly refrain from wearing sportswear, slippers, and flip-flops.

Please note that Woobo has a 1-to-1 corkage policy: corkage fees are waived for one standard wine bottle (750 ml) or one spirit bottle for each respective bottle purchased from the restaurant.

At WooBo, we operate as a cashless transaction establishment.

We hope you understand that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 6, and pets are not allowed in the establishment.

A deposit of IDR 500,000 is required for reservations of 1–4 guests, while a deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required for reservations of more than 4 guests.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your reservation be made no less than 3 days prior. For no-shows or late cancellations, the deposit fee will be automatically forfeited. Thank you for your understanding.
