Dining Duration • To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their dining experience, a table time limit of 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) applies to all early reservations between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
Extending Your Dining Time • If you would like to extend your time, please contact our team by phone on the day of your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. • We reserve the right to release your reservation after this period has passed. • If you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposit Policy • The deposit will be deducted from your food bill on the day of your visit. • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Cancellation Policy • For cancellations, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. • For cancellations with deposit refunds, please notify us at least 2 days in advance.
Rescheduling • For rescheduling, please notify us at least 1 day in advance. • A reservation may be postponed up to 2 times and within 60 days from the deposit date.
Purpose of Visit • Please inform us of the purpose of your visit (e.g., birthday, anniversary, business meeting).
Dietary Requirements • If you have any food allergies, please notify us at the time of booking.
Menu Information • Menus are subject to change without notice. • Images may not necessarily reflect actual products for sale.
Cakes & Celebrations • If you wish to send a cake to the restaurant in advance, we are able to receive it from 12:00 PM for lunch reservations and from 2:00 PM for dinner reservations. Kindly indicate the name under which the reservation was made for our easy reference. • For safety and cleanliness reasons, cakes with loose glitter, sparklers, or sparkling candles are not permitted inside the restaurant.
Pricing • All prices are subject to 7% VAT and a 10% service charge.
