[Reservation Information/Disclaimer]
- If you arrive after your reservation time, we may not be able to extend the closing time.
- If you do not contact us or arrive 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.
- We do not accept seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
- Reservations made on Table Check must be made by 4:00 PM the day before.
- Prepayments are not eligible for GINZA SIX points. Thank you for your understanding.
[Cancellation Policy]
The following cancellation fees will be charged starting 3 days prior to your reservation date:
- 3 or 2 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee
- 1 day prior or on the day: 100% of the reservation fee
*Refunds will be issued for cancellations made 4 days or more prior to your reservation date.
