●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
●Please contact the restaurant directly if you are using the restaurant with more than 7 people.
●Children under 3 years old will be admitted free of charge.
●Please make reservations for the same course for everyone.
- About visiting the restaurant -
●If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please contact us if you are going to be late.
●Please make sure that the person who made the reservation dines in person.
If you visit the restaurant through a proxy reservation, we will treat it as a cancellation.
If you cancel or change your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee as follows, calculated from the time of your arrival.
24 hours before: 100% of the reservation fee
72 hours before: 50% of the reservation fee
If you change the number of people on the day, we will charge you a cancellation fee for the number of people changed.
