Indulge in an Executive Chef’s Special Eight Course Menu, thoughtfully curated to pair with the world-renowned wines of Baron Philippe de Rothschild. Each course is an expression of harmony — showcasing the finest Hokkaido ingredients complemented by exceptional wines, offering a symphony of flavor, aroma, and texture.
Set against the breathtaking views of HANAZONO, this exclusive evening combines refined gastronomy, exquisite wines, and engaging insights from Mr. Froncoise Mateo, Representative Director of Asia Pacific, Baron Philippe de Rothschild.
Guests will also have the rare opportunity to engage directly with the brand ambassador in Japanese, French and English, as well as with representatives from ENOTECA, who will be available to share insights and discuss the featured wines. The evening will be hosted in an elegant banquet room, prepared exclusively for this special occasion.
Please note that seating will be on a (shared table basis), as this event is designed to encourage guests to mingle and enjoy conversations about wine and food. Each table accommodates up to six guests for a warm and social dining experience.
