●Dinner is closed every Tuesday and Wednesday. ●Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. ●A pre-authorization of your credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Guests who are not eligible for default cancellations will not be charged in advance. ●Dinner is served in two sessions, starting at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM. As everyone starts at the same time, late guests may be forced to change the order of the courses or omit some portions. ●If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please contact us if you will be late. ●There is no à la carte menu for dinner. (Additions on the day are not accepted.) Advance reservations are also required for children's dinner plates. ●If you require transportation, please fill in the "Requests" field. Transportation is available within Niseko Town and the Hirafu area (excluding the Hanazono area). Detailed information on transportation times will be sent to you by email the day before.
