• Each session is 75 minutes and operates on a strict full-turnover basis.
• At check-in we will ask for the reservation number shown in your confirmation email and the full name under which the reservation was made. We may refuse entry if we cannot verify your identity.
• Check-in begins 10 minutes before each session start time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation even if you have contacted us in advance.
• Please note that guests who cancel without notice may be unable to make future reservations.
Example — Guests with a 10:00 reservation:
Please arrive between 9:50 and 10:00.
• The booking cut-off time is 2 hours before the same day’s session.
• Please note the booking cut-off time may change without prior notice.
