[Notes Regarding Reservations]
▶︎Our shop is primarily reservation-only. (Same-day reservations are accepted.)
*If there is availability, we can accommodate walk-ins without reservations. We post daily availability updates on Instagram.

▶︎By making a reservation, you agree to our terms and conditions.
If you are accompanied by someone, please share the [Disclaimer, Notes, and Entry Restrictions] with them beforehand.

▶︎Advance payment is by credit card only.

[Notes Regarding Your Visit]
▶︎All experiences are 1 hour long.
This includes your entry and exit time.

▶︎Please enter exactly on time. Please arrive at your reserved time. Departure time is 5 minutes before the end of your reservation.

▶︎Even if you are late, your experience time will be limited to the end of your reserved time slot. Please be aware of this.

▶︎You will be guided in after the previous customer has left.

[Entry Restrictions]
・For safety reasons, we regretfully cannot allow pregnant women to enter.

* Children aged elementary school and older are welcome to enter, but please ensure they are accompanied by a guardian and that you keep a close eye on them while they interact with the dogs. There are large dogs, so please take full responsibility for preventing injuries and accidents.

* Preschool children are welcome to enter, but they cannot interact with the dogs. They will be in the fenced-off kids' area. However, they will need to pass through the interaction area to reach the kids' area, so please be careful when passing through.
Staff will be available to assist.

* If you are bringing both a preschool child and an elementary school child, each child must be accompanied by a guardian.
(Since the interaction area and kids' area are separate, two guardians are required. Guardians may move between the areas.)

* Children under middle school age are not permitted to enter alone.
They must be accompanied by a guardian.
