🍣 Signature Tuna Cutting Show Witness the ceremonial cutting of a whole tuna by Chef Vincent as we launch the very first chapter of SIKI’s Signature Tuna Cutting Show Series.
🍽️ 7-Course Summer Menu Following the Tuna Cutting Show, enjoy a specially curated seasonal tasting menu inspired by the bright, fresh flavours of Summer and showcasing different cuts and preparations of tuna.

Inspired by the Japanese word Shiki (Four Seasons), this new quarterly dining experience celebrates seasonality through one of Japan's most iconic ingredients: tuna.
Every season, Chef Vincent will create a completely new menu inspired by the ingredients, flavours, and spirit of that time of year.
