TANOKE welcomes Kankiku Meijo of Chiba, Japan for an intimate sake pairing dinner. Created as a journey through the distinctive expressions of Kankiku, the evening brings together four selected sakes, each thoughtfully paired with a specially curated course.
Guests will enjoy four distinctive Kankiku sakes, including Sake Mirai 50 Wonderland and selections from the OCEAN99 series, thoughtfully paired with a four-course menu featuring Hokkaido Scallops Carpaccio, Grilled Hyogo Oysters, Japanese F1 Wagyu Striploin or Gindara Teriyaki, and Sata Andagi, creating a refined journey through the harmony of food and sake.

1. Reservation & Payment Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure a seat for this event. Reservations are confirmed only upon successful payment. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event and no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. 3. Communal Seating This is a communal dining experience. Guests may be seated together with other attendees at shared tables. 4. Menu & Dietary Requirements The menu is fixed for this event.
