Spanish dining with a little Tokyo funkiness

Stylish interior where food, art, and music come together in harmony. Tasteful art pieces decorate the walls, while you enjoy modern Spanish dishes with a little Tokyo funkiness mixed in! The chefs' unorthodox dishes such as potato salad with truffles and foie gras pudding are truly a work of art.

[Pescard course]

It begins with “Mohama,” our carefully prepared homemade tuna ham, followed by EX’s specialty—“Pudding with Pedro Ximénez and Caviar.” Next comes Andalusian-style fresh fish prepared with hake and grapes, fideuá with squid ink and gazpachuelo, and eel cooked with adobo and pepper—each dish showcases the bounty of the sea using diverse Spanish culinary techniques.

The journey continues with “Changurro,” a traditional Basque dish that preserves the rich flavor of snow crab, then progresses to grilled fish featuring that day’s freshest catch. For the main course, we serve a special paella brimming with concentrated seafood essence.

Experience EX’s unique modern Spanish course, where each dish offers distinct flavors and delightful surprises while fully highlighting the natural goodness of premium ingredients.
