Our chef specializes in Cantonese cuisine, based on the concept of "Ishokudogen" (the notion that food and medicine are from the same source). We offer two menus at lunchtime, "Bishoku Course" and "Kuchifuku Course", both of which feature delicious, high quality luxury ingredients in season. Eat as much as you like of our annin tofu dessert with tapioca and coconut milk in the Bishoku Course.
