【About Our Restaurant】 ●Our restaurant is located at the end of the Alpine Quad Lift within Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort. It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach our restaurant by transferring from the gondola to the lift. Please allow ample time for your journey.
★Customers using our restaurant can ride the lifts and gondola at a special price (advance reservation required). At the gondola ticket counter, please inform them that you have a reservation for Pilar and receive your pass before proceeding to the restaurant. *Discounts do not apply to ride the Kurobishi No. 3 Lift.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate seating requests.
●If we are unable to contact you 10 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●For reservations of 10 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
【Cancellation Policy】 ●For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival:
24 hours prior: 100% of the reservation fee 48 hours prior: 50% of the reservation fee
*If you cancel a reservation for seating only, the cancellation fee will be the price of the pasta course (3,300 yen *tax included) multiplied by the number of people in your reservation, calculated according to the above timeframe.
●If bad weather is expected based on the weather forecast the day before or on the day of your reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged if you contact us in advance.
●The lift may be closed due to weather conditions on the day of your reservation. In that case, your reservation may be canceled due to restaurant reasons, so please understand in advance. No cancellation fee will be charged in the case of cancellation due to restaurant reasons.
★If the lift is closed, staff will need to descend the mountain on foot for operational reasons. Therefore, for the safety of our staff's descent, we may unfortunately have to ask you to leave the restaurant even if you are still eating, once the lift enters a cautionary operation phase just before it is about to shut down. In that case, if appetizers and soup have been served, half of the course price will be charged; if the main course has been served, the full course price will be charged. We understand this may be inconvenient, but we ask for your understanding.
