Welcome to Pilar, our sky-high restaurant nestled at Kurobishi-daira, 1,680 meters above sea level, at the very top of Happo-One Ski Resort! We offer our chef's signature authentic Italian course menu, featuring generous amounts of local ingredients. Enjoy a relaxing time while taking in the majestic mountain views.

[Apologies and Request to Our Guests]
★We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but due to a malfunction of the building's water tank and pump, we are currently experiencing a water shortage. If service is not restored by the start of the winter season, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Furthermore, if service is not fully restored, even if we are able to accept your reservation, the restrooms may be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience, but in that case, please use the restroom at Usagi-daira Terrace or elsewhere before coming. We appreciate your understanding.

[About Our Restaurant]
●Our restaurant is located at the end of the Alpen Quad Lift at Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to our restaurant via the gondola and lift. Please allow plenty of time.

★When boarding the lift or gondola, if you are only dining at our restaurant and not skiing or snowboarding, you can ride at a special price (advance reservation required). Please mention "I have a reservation at Pilar" at the gondola ticket counter, receive your pass, and proceed to the restaurant. Please note that if you plan to ski, snowboard, etc., you will need to purchase a regular ticket.

●The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Business days may change without notice due to other circumstances, such as temporary closures.

●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.

●If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are running late.

●For reservations for 10 or more people, please call the restaurant directly at 026-172-8438 or send us a direct message on Instagram.

●Children under 12 years of age are not permitted.

[Cancellation Policy]
●For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival:

24 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee

48 hours in advance: 50% of the reservation fee

●The lift may be closed due to weather. In such cases, your reservation may be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note in advance. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
