Inside ANA Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki, Himuka Shizuku is a Japanese restaurant that focuses on kaiseki ryori. The restaurant, overlooking the Sea of Hyuga, has both tables and private rooms. We are very proud of our kaiseki ryori, which differs from season to season and uses fresh fish and seasonal wild vegetables. We also have Miyazaki-beef and shochu. You can also bring our soup home with you.
