This first chapter features a curated selection of sparkling teas from pioneering producers: Tazate – Chengdu, China Acala – Kaunas, Lithuania
Each tea is selected for its balance, structure, and aromatic clarity, designed to evolve seamlessly alongside the menu. Future editions of This with That will change quarterly, showcasing different pairing concepts and producers.
