Reservations:
Reservations are recommended; walk-in diners will be accommodated based on availability.
Priority seating will be offered to hotel guests or those with reservations to dine in Benkay or ICHO.
We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation. A grace period of 15 minutes will be extended for any unexpected delays; beyond this time, tables may be released to other guests.
Special seating requests are based on availability and subject to the restaurant's discretion.
A minimum of four guests is required for sofa table reservations.
Requests for 8 or more guests must be made by phone or email to confirm availability. For all private party bookings and further inquiries, contact us at info@bangkok.grandnikko.com.
Cancellations and changes to your reservation must be made 24 hours prior to your reserved time.
Dress Code:
We kindly request that all guests observe a Smart Casual dress code. For the comfort and experience of all diners, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, swimwear, and athletic wear are not permitted.
