Marking the first Valentine’s-themed buffet since the restaurant’s opening, this 3-day limited-time experience showcases Valentine’s-inspired desserts by rising pastry chef Yoo Minje, known for his refinedartistry and delicate expression.The lineup features rose, raspberry, and lychee-scented cream puffs, strawberry and matcha fraisier,strawberry tiramisu, and other seasonal sweets, alongside seasonal cuisine inspired by Tokyo’s winter harvest, highlighting locally sourced vegetables and seasonal seafood crafted with care and respect for localproducers.
