Requests regarding reservations and visits
Thank you very much for always choosing Kobe Beef Steak KAMISHIGE.
We are a small restaurant with a limited number of seats and staff. To ensure that all our guests can enjoy their meals in comfort, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points.
■ Seating
Our restaurant has a total of 11 seats: 7 at the counter and 2 tables for two each.
For groups of three adults, seating will be provided at the counter.
■ Orders for food and drinks
As we operate with only 11 seats available, we request that each guest order one main dish.
Sharing a single main dish among multiple guests is not permitted.
Additionally, during dinner service, we ask that each guest order at least one drink.
*Children under the age of 6 are exempt from these ordering rules.
■ Time limits for seating
To allow as many guests as possible to enjoy their meals, there is a time limit for each seating.
Lunch: 60 minutes (maximum 90 minutes)
Dinner: 90 minutes
■ Serving of dishes
At our restaurant, we carefully grill each piece of Kobe beef after receiving an order.
Therefore, during busy periods, it may take 20–30 minutes before your dish is served.
■ Reservation times
If a guest fails to arrive within 10 minutes of their reserved time without notification, the reservation may be canceled.
Please be sure to call us if you expect to be late.
■ For guests who wish to dine at leisure
For those who prefer to savor their meal and conversation at a relaxed pace, we recommend dining after 7:30 PM, when it tends to be quieter.
