Black wagyu from Hokkaido, for the first time in Kansai!

Newly arrived in the Kansai region, KobuKuro cattle is Japanese black cattle raised on Hidaka kombu and Hokkaido-grown glutinous rice. Their beef is superb, with both rich lean meat and melty fatty meat. The name is derived from kombu (kobu) and black (kuro) from Japanese black beef. We are the only place in Kansai where you can eat the ultra-rare KobuKuro Japanese black cattle!!
