Grill Master Course (Yakiniku-Bugyo Course)

Take the reins for a grilling experience of your own! Start with soup and a yukhoe appetizer of rich, raw meat flavor. After savoring a homemade minced beef cutlet and other dishes, try your hand and tastebuds at grilling chilled – never frozen – choice cuts of beef. Our staff are on hand to explain the grilling method. Finally, select your carb and dessert of choice.

Let us introduce you to the aroma and taste of our specialty, black tongue, a rare delicacy that accounts for only a small portion of all tongue in Japan. Our signature dish, Nakazawa yukhoe, is a truly memorable raw meat experience, with special attention given to the entire process, from the fresh and careful cuts of flavorful, choice wagyu in our dedicated butcher's kitchen to the sauce and egg rested carefully atop.

The Art of Wagyu Course

Treat yourself or a loved one to make an outstanding memory with this spectacular course fit for the most special of occasions. Start with our French chef's special double consommé, followed by extremely fresh tongue sashimi and hard-to-come-by thick-sliced black tongue. Next, a luxurious chateaubriand and a freshly fried fillet cutlet sandwich. To finish, savor a raw beef paddy with Japanese green pepper, and freshly cooked rice cooked in a clay pot.
