●About hours
①10:00-13:00 (3 hours)
②14:00-17:00 (3 hours)
③18:00-21:00 (3 hours)
①10:00-15:00 (5 hours)
②17:00-21:00 (4 hours)
■About the number of people that can be used per site
Parasol site: 1-6 people (maximum 8 people)
※Reservations are possible for 8 people, but the space will be a little narrow.
Pergola house: 4-10 people (please contact us by phone if you wish to use the site with 11 or more people.)
●You can enjoy BBQ with your dog in any area of the facility. If you bring your dog, please keep him on a leash and be considerate of other customers.
●Elementary school students and younger can use the site for free. (This is not included in the number of people.)
-About reservations-
●In the event of severe weather such as snowfall or typhoons, or when there is a possibility of danger to customers, such as during windbreaks, we will make a decision by 5:00 p.m. the day before and contact the person making the reservation to inform them of whether or not we will be open. There will be no cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled at the facility's request.
*If the weather is bad on the day of your reservation, please be sure to check your incoming calls, short messages, and emails before the reservation time.
●In the event of a cancellation due to bad weather at the facility's request, please be aware that the facility cannot guarantee any ingredients or drinks purchased for the BBQ.
●If we are unable to contact you within one hour of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
