Payment
• The purchase price is payable at the store on the day of pick-up.
• At the time of reservation, we require a credit card to register a deposit (refundable). We will take a ¥200 deposit in advance. The actual charge will occur on the day you collect the product.
Cancellations
• We cannot change orders after a reservation is made. To change your order, please cancel and make a new reservation.
• Please complete cancellations yourself through the reservation system.
• If you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled date without contacting us, the reservation will be treated as canceled and 100% of the order price will be charged. Please note that we cannot offer refunds in such cases.
• Cancellations made after 20:00, three days before the scheduled pick-up, will incur 100% of the order price. Please be aware of this in advance.
Allergies
• Please be sure to check the listed specified ingredients and allergen information for each menu item before purchasing.
Cake varieties and requests
• Requests not listed on the menu cannot be accepted online.
• Anniversary cakes are available in size 4-go only. We cannot change the size.
Other information
• Reservations may close once the limited quantity is reached.
• We do not hold items by phone or at the counter. Please place your reservation through this website.
• Online reservations close at 17:00, five days before the scheduled pick-up.
• If you need a paper bag or insulated bag, please purchase one directly at the store.
• Please come to the store at your reserved time.
• Depending on store congestion, we may not be able to serve you at your reserved time. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please present your “Reservation Confirmation” email at the time of pick-up — this will serve as identification for collection.
