We'd like to introduce our Okinawan cuisine and Agu Pork Shabu-Shabu Course.
Three appetizers of the day: Jimami tofu, seared pork ribs or homemade rafute, bitter melon chanpuru, vegetable platter, 100g Agu pork belly, rice porridge or Okinawa soba noodles, and today's dessert. This is one of our larger course menus, featuring eight dishes.
For those who don't like bitter melon chanpuru, you can choose tofu chanpuru or somen chanpuru instead!

Course C We are pleased to present our Agu pork and Okinawan Kuroge Wagyu beef shabu-shabu course! The menu includes three appetizers of the day, a vegetable platter, Agu pork meatballs, 80g Agu pork belly, 80g specially selected Wagyu beef sirloin, rice porridge or Okinawa soba noodles, and today's dessert. The specially selected Wagyu beef sirloin is beautifully marbled and packed with flavor, making it delicious! A light sprinkling of Miyakojima snow salt doubles the flavor. Please give it a try.
