About reservation method

Please select and enter the following and proceed to the confirmation screen.
① Check [I have read the "Notice from the store", understand the contents and agree].
② Select [Reservation number of people / date / time].
③ Select [Category (desired table/private room)].
④ Select [Reservation for seats only] in the course plan.
* ④ is common to all customers. Please be sure to select.
⑤ Optional: Fill in the [request].
⑥ Fill in all of [reservation information].
⑦ Check ["Notice from the store"].
⑧ Check [I agree to the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy"].
⑨ Optional: Check other options.

Confirm and fill in the following after the page transitions [within 5 minutes], and click "Confirm" , then you can complete the reservation.
① Check [Reservation information/order/cancellation policy].
② Enter the required information in [Card Information Storage].

<If you wish to change the number of people or the date and time after the reservation is confirmed>
Confirmed reservations cannot be changed, so please cancel and then make a new reservation with the desired date and time, number of people, etc. Please note that you cannot change on the day of the event.

*Once canceled, we may not be able to meet your request due to other reservations, so please do not make any mistakes.

Notifications

●Seats are available for [90 minutes] .
●Reservations are accepted until 10:00 am on the day of use.
●Seats other than private rooms cannot be specified.
●Private room costs extra charge in addition to food and beverage charges.
●After the reservation, we cannnot accept any changes to the contents (date, time, number of people, etc.) due to customer's convenience. Please note.
●Your credit card information are asked when making a reservation, but payment will not be made. Please make the payment on the spot on the day.
※However, cancellation without notice is excluded.
●If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation without notice.
●In the case of cancellation without prior notice or on the day, a cancellation fee of 500 yen (tax included) for the number of guests will be charged.

*If you reserve a private room, you will be charged an additional fee for the private room.
*Payment will be taken via the credit card you entered at the time of reservation.
*At the time of reservation, the payment amount will be displayed as "number of guests x 500 yen (tax included)", but it will not be settled at the time of reservation. When "provisional sales" are registered to the credit card, it will be sent as a flash report, but since it is "provisional sales", this amount will not be charged to the user unless the store processes the sales. Please be assured that payment will not be made except for "cancellation without notice" and "cancellation on the day".

*Business dates and times may change due to the prevention of the spread of new coronavirus infection.
*No cancellation fee will be charged if the store is closed due to weather, public health emergencies, national or local government actions or regulations, etc.
