2. Grace period of 15 minutes is given for each reservation. Kindly contact us for any delay or cancellation. We cannot guarantee your table after the given grace period has passed.

3. All guests to present their eligibility to dine at the restaurant if necessary, as required by local state government Covid-19 measures.

4. We advise according to the prevailing SMMs regulations for F&B Dining and events.

5. Cashless payment, our restaurant is no longer accepting cash payments and we welcome most credit & debit cards.

Business Hours:
Lunch
Wednesday- Saturday: 12 noon – 3 pm, last order at 2.30pm
Sunday: 12 noon - 3:30 pm

Dinner
Wednesday- Saturday: 5 pm – 10 pm, last order at 9.30pm

Monday – Tuesday: Closed

All tables will be allocated a 2hours dining time

Il Cielo requires a credit card authorisation hold to secure this reservation. This charge is only an authorization hold, no charge will be made to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
Kindly note that cancellations have to be made at least 48 hours before the reservation time for a 100% release of the credit card authorization hold amount.

No Show Policy:
A table is considered to have “no-showed” if you are more than 15 minutes late for the reservation and have made no contact with Il Cielo
