Lunch “KIRIBAKO Nishiki” is a Tobeian specialty, featuring seasonal ingredients from Nishiki Market. In the evening, Kyoto cuisine is served as a course, with dishes presented one by one at a relaxed pace. Located along a quiet lane just off Nishiki Market, the restaurant offers a calm escape from the bustle. Evening service began on January 8, 2026, and is available Thursday through Saturday.

KIRIBAKO Nishiki

■WANMONO（SUOP）
Ebi-imo (shrimp-shaped taro), deep-fried with rice cracker batter, Kintoki carrot, Japanese parsley, Japanese mustard, in white miso soup.

■KIRIBAKO NISHIKI (BENTO BOX)

STUFFED YUZU
Yuzu (citrus fruit) filled with grilled scallops, wasabi greens, Japanese yam, egg yolk paste, topped with dashi jelly and flower spike.

TERRINE
Loaf-shaped dish of duck and scallion, cauliflower sauce, fig vinegar, and pink pepper.

SASHIMI
Seasonal fish served with traditional garnishes.

EGG CUSTARD
Savory egg custard with burdock root, pureed turnip, lily bulb, and wasabi oil.

GRILLED DISH
Grilled Wagyu rump steak with chocolate sauce, served with salad, homemade yuzu dressing, and coconut flakes.

WARM DISH
Simmered Shogoin radish, yuzu miso, shrimp, and red mustard greens.

RICE DISH
Japanese white radish rice, wood ear mushroom, wasabi greens, flying fish roe, and crab meat.

Black sesame cream mochi.
