About Reservations ▶At wellk, we operate with half reserved seating and half same-day seating. Even if our reservations are fully booked, we will accommodate same-day seating on a first-come, first-served basis. ▶We are unable to accommodate specific seating requests. ▶If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late. ▶Your seating is limited to 90 minutes from the time of your reservation. If you are late, your time may be shortened, so please call us if you are unavoidably late. ▶We do not offer birthday plates. Thank you for your understanding. ▶For reservations for 5 or more people, please contact the store directly. ▶For customers with children: We do not provide high chairs. Strollers are welcome, but seating is limited, so please contact us in advance if you plan to bring a stroller. Please note that our restaurant is located on the second floor and has no elevator. Please note that you will need to use the stairs to enter. If you need assistance, please speak to a member of staff on the day. ▶If you cancel without notice, a seating charge of ¥500 will be applied. If you are unable to attend due to illness, weather, or an accident, please call the store on the day.
