Located along the old Mikuni Kaido road in Miyauchi Settaya, Nagaoka City, the city of fermentation, this renovated traditional house (Aoyagi Residence) has been standing for over 150 years since the first year of the Meiji era. This casual restaurant serves sake and wine made with fermented foods and traditional vegetables that have been traditionally preserved in Nagaoka.
