Reservation Rules ● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments. ● Reservations are accepted starting at a set time. If you arrive late, service will begin from that point onward; please understand this in advance. ● If we cannot reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
Cancellation Policy For cancellations or changes, cancellation fees will apply as follows, calculated from the scheduled arrival time: 24 hours prior: 100% of the reservation fee 48 hours prior: 50% of the reservation fee
※ Even if you enter your credit card information, no payment will be processed at the time of booking. If a reservation is cancelled within the periods specified above, the cancellation fee will be charged to the provided credit card. Payment must be settled on the day of your visit at the restaurant.
