House Rules: - Please do not use excessive perfume, strong body soap or fabric softener as the strong smells will interfere with the delicate aromas of the sake and food. - We do not have private rooms. - We have a semi-private area for up to 10 persons that can be partially covered by blinds. - Smoking is not allowed indoor or within the compound of the restaurant.
Reservation Rules: - Reservations will be held for 15 minutes, after which the seats will be released. - Families with children are welcomed, however we do not have a children’s menu nor baby high chairs. - Please state your preferred seating (at counter or table) and we will try to accommodate as much as possible but will not be able to guarantee. - A deposit of S$30/pax will be charged to hold the reservation for groups of 6 pax or more. - Please kindly inform us as soon as possible if there is a change in the no. of pax in your reservation. - Please contact us directly should there be no seats available, and we will try to accommodate if possible.
Kyo-Kaiseki Reservation Rules: - Reservations to be made at least 3 working days (by 10:00am) before dinner date. - A deposit of S$100/pax will be charged to hold the reservation and it will be released 7 working days after the reservation date. - For No Show or cancellation/reduction in no. of pax with less than 24 hours’ notice before reservation time starts, S$100/pax will be charged. - Shojin Ryori (vegetarian menu) may be accommodated only if requested for the whole group. - Should you or anyone in your group have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us during reservation. We may not be able to accommodate late requests. - We reserve the right to refuse reservations in the case of serious allergies or multiple food allergies.
Corkage: - S$70 per 1-liter or less of sake or wine. - S$140 per isshobin (1.8L) sake, magnum bottle (1.5L) wine or 750ml spirit. - We do not have a 1-for-1 policy
