Cancellation Policy
We will keep your credit card information, but it will not be charged.
Payment will be made at the restaurant on the day.
For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival.
18 hours before: 100% of the reservation fee

Information for customers
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●If we are unable to contact you after 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
●For reservations of 9 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
●You can choose your child's menu when you visit the restaurant on the day.
If your child will be eating the same course as the adult, please include them in the number of [adults] when making a reservation.
●Please refrain from wearing strong-smelling perfumes or cosmetics when visiting.
●Reservations for ala carte customers must be made by phone. *Table seating is available for ala carte customers.
● We often cannot accommodate guests without a reservation on the same day.
Please call us to make a reservation, even for à la carte orders if possible.
●If you are a large customer who would like a table seat, we can provide you with a more spacious table seat, so please write this in the comments section.
●We are open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays (starting at 12:00 only)
