This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the taste of Sushi Koma, a highly acclaimed and notoriously difficult-to-reserve restaurant, without having to travel all the way to Akita. Chef Ikoma's sushi is crafted with a passion to bring out the "most delicious moment" of seafood nurtured in the seas of Akita and Miyagi prefectures. Fish, sourced directly from local fishermen, is processed immediately to maintain maximum freshness and prepared using the optimal technique for each ingredient.
