▶If we cannot contact you within 20 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

Cancellation Policy
▶ 100% of the course fee will be charged if canceled within 24 hours of the reservation time.
▶If canceled within 48 hours of the reservation time, 80% of the course fee will be charged.
