●If we are unable to seat you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. (A 100% cancellation fee will apply.)
If you are seated 30 minutes before your reservation time, we will begin serving you the dishes that were being prepared at that time.
Please note that we are unable to serve dishes retroactively.

●For reservations of 4 or more people, we will call you back to confirm your reservation.
For reservations of 4 or more people, a 100% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel more than 4 days (96 hours) prior to the reservation date.

●Please refrain from wearing perfume, fabric softener, or other scented items.

●We do not accept reservations from customers under the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding.

●We only accept cashless payments. Please pay the bill together.

●We only accept phone calls on business days from 12:00 to 16:00.
