Under the visionary leadership of Chef Pop Pitchakorn Ramabut, we present the Modern Thai Experience. Drawing inspiration from her roots in both the North and South of Thailand, Chef Pop brings "A Genuinely Thai Farm-to-Fork Fare," a refined concept that showcases the finest local Thai ingredients, thoughtfully sourced from farmers across the country. Our Restaurant's Policy
Service Hours - Lunch : Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00 PM until 2:30 PM - Dinner: Wednesdays to Mondays at 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM (2–2.5 hours per service)
Arrival & Timing To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. A 15-30 minute grace period is allowed; beyond this, your reservation will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. Please inform us of any delays. Your table is reserved for 2.5 hours—late arrivals may shorten your dining time. We recommend planning ahead to fully enjoy the ADHOC experience.
Cancellations & Changes For parties of 6 or fewer, adjustments or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. For parties of 7 or more, we require at least 14 days' notice. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, you may change your reservation date once, within the required notice period
Dietary Requirements Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 3 days in advance. We are unable to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, seafood-free, or exclusions of coriander root, onions, garlic, peppercorn, shrimp paste, dried shrimp, coconut, chili, fish sauce, or oyster sauce. As our menu is rooted in traditional Thai flavors, non-spicy dishes are not available.
Corkage Policy Enjoy our 1-for-1 corkage offer. One bottle brought by you is free of corkage for each bottle purchased from our wine list (750ml). Alternatively, a corkage fee of THB 1,000++ per bottle applies for wine (750ml), and THB 2,000 per bottle for spirits (720ml).
Dress Code Smart casual attire required.
Reservations Reservations are accepted for 1 guest and above. For groups of 7 or more, please check availability with our team in advance. Due to limited seating, additional guests cannot be accommodated without prior inquiry.
Deposit Please note that reservation deposits do not cover the cost of beverages, taxes, or service charges.
Children Policy We welcome children aged 7 and above. Younger children must be closely supervised to ensure a comfortable dining experience for all guests. A children’s set menu is available at THB 1,290 per person.
