We will be closed all day on December 31st and January 1st.

●Reservations are not required, but

Since we can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, if you do not have a reservation, you may have to wait up to 5 hours, or you may not be able to enter even if you show up due to full capacity.
*We begin accepting same-day reservations at the store starting at 11:00 AM.
　We fill up with two to three groups per day.
●Same-day reservations are not accepted.
*Reservations close at 11:59 PM the day before.
　We also do not accept reservations over the phone.
●Reservations do not constitute a private reservation. Approximately three groups of approximately 10 people will be allowed to interact with the facility in rotation.

(Private reservation fee: ¥35,000 *Up to 10 people)
●Reservations are limited to 60 minutes. If you would like 30 or 45 minutes, please come directly to the store.
*There may be a wait, or we may be unable to admit you if the facility is fully booked.
●We cannot extend your reservation time if you arrive late. Thank you for your understanding.
●We do not accept guests under elementary school age. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
●Children from 0 years old are allowed, but children up to 2 years old are not allowed to interact with the animals. Children 3 years old and older are required to pay an admission fee, and although they are allowed to interact with the animals, if they do not follow staff instructions, the interaction will be interrupted and they will only be able to watch. Please keep an eye on your children.
●For reservations of 9 or more people, please divide the number of people into groups.
Example: 5 people, 4 people, etc.
●Companions and guides will also be charged an admission fee.
●The facility may be temporarily closed depending on the health of the animals on the day.
●Only bottled drinks are provided. No meals are available.
●The facility is closed from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM due to a break.
