In term of Cancellation or Postpone your Reservation Require 3 days notice in advance. Otherwise your deposit is non-refundable
We reserve the right to charge 3000 Baht/person for no- shows or cancellations made less than 3 days before the reservation date. No charges will be made at the time of booking: this fee will only be applied if the cancellation policy is violated. No charge for cancellations made more than 3 days in advance.

We charge a corkage fee of 1000 Baht/bottle of wine. No spirits or Liqueurs are permitted. One corkage fee is waived upon opening one bottle of wine purchased from Chaijiachai
For birthday celebrations, we can provide a small flower bouquet free of charge with early notice.
